Flourish Dermatology is a Direct Dermatology practice that doesn't receive reimbursement through the traditional insurance model. This removes restrictions implemented by government and private insurance into the patient care equation, allowing us to spend more time where it matters most, which is in treating your skin, hair, and nail concerns! A credit or debit card is required to reserve and hold all appointments, both new and follow-up. Appointments cannot be scheduled without this information. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled visit, there will be an automatic no-show/late cancellation/rescheduling fee that will be charged to the credit or debit card on file. A $50 fee will be charged for last minute cancellations/rescheduling or no shows for all new and follow-up medical visits, $100 for cosmetic visits, and $25 for teledermatology (virtual) visits. You will never receive a bill after your visit. We are out of network for all insurances and non-participating in medicare, but you may submit your superbill directly to your insurance after your visit, and you may be reimbursed a portion of the cost.

Our prices are very competitive and often at much lower rates than those billed to insurance, which range from $100-200 depending on the type of visit and treatment needed. All pricing will be explained during the appointment prior to any procedures being conducted if needed.
This visit is to be scheduled if you are a new patient with Flourish Dermatology and have a medical dermatology concern including but not limited to: acne, eczema, psoriasis, other skin rash, concerning spots on the skin, excessive sweating, vitiligo, full body skin examinations, inflamed cyst, etc. This visit type does NOT include concerns regarding hair loss or cosmetic concerns such as botox, fillers, mole removal, or skin tag removal.
This visit is to be scheduled if you have been previously seen at Flourish Dermatology in the past 2 years and desire a follow-up appointment to address a medical dermatology concern including but not limited to: acne, eczema, psoriasis, other skin rash, concerning spots on the skin, excessive sweating, vitiligo, full body skin examinations, etc. This visit type does NOT include concerns regarding hair loss or cosmetic concerns such as botox, fillers, mole removal, or skin tag removal.

This visit is to be scheduled if you have been previously seen at Flourish Dermatology in the past 2 years and desire a follow-up appointment to address a medical dermatology concern regarding hair loss only. If additional treatments are needed (i.e injections, additional biopsies, etc), those procedures will incur additional charges.
This visit is to be scheduled if you would like to discuss cosmetic concerns including but not limited to hyperpigmentation, excessive hair growth, acne scarring, botox injections, injectables(fillers), dark under eye circles, mole removal, skin tag removal, etc. ($100 of the fee will go towards a procedure if completed within 3 months of the consult.)
If your visit requires additional procedures including but not limited to biopsy, freezing, or injections, there will be an additional charge(s) as noted below. All charges will be discussed prior to performing any additional procedures.
*Pathology testing of the specimen is not included in the above charge. Will be provided by lab prior to procedure performed

We respectfully request and appreciate a 48 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to allow for other patients to schedule their much needed appointments in your time slot. If you are unable to contact us via email or text at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment that you need to cancel, the following fees will be retained, and the remaining deposit will be refunded.
NOTE: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients without insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services prior to medical services being performed.
