Coming in, I loved the atmosphere of Flourish Dermatology and Aesthetics. The receptionist Courtney was kind and welcoming. Once meeting with Dr. Payne, I knew I came to the right location. She was also kind and knowledgeable about all of my skin and hair needs. Don’t be hesitant to book an appointment because you won’t regret it! <33

Dr. Payne and Brittny are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! 10/10 experience. For one, the place was so clean and organized and felt very comfortable and inviting. The service was top-tier! Dr. Payne explained my skin concerns in great detail, taking time to listen and address everything. She made the treatment enjoyable, and it went incredibly smooth. Brittny was a professional, as she catered to my needs and concerns as well!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

What an amazing experience for my first facial! The beautiful facility was so refreshing and inviting as Courtney welcomed me and I already felt relaxed by the aromatherapy within the atmosphere. Za-Kira was phenomenal and so gentle leaving my skin super clean, hydrated, smooth, glowy, and plumped. Bonus points for the weighed blanket which made me fall asleep instantly. Definitely would recommend those who are looking a good self-care treat!

I am so thankful and grateful for google. I just left Dr. Payne og Flourish Dermatology and she is my new dermatologist. She is wonderful her office is easy to get to, and I am so excited to take thix journey with her to my healthy and beautiful hair free skin. The service is impeccable, the office is clean and very neat. The vibes were wonderful and the aura was positive all around. If you need a dermatologist for anything and you are a black woman I recommend Dr. Payne. She is a sweet heart and I am so happy that she was top 2 in recommendations from Google.

I finally found a doctor who specializes in treating people of color. Dr. Payne is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I hope and pray that finding her can take care all of my issues. And a special thank you to the two young ladies that help her. They were so nice and pleasant too. Best wishes to the one heading to LSU for medical schooling. These girls are our future doctors and may they be blessed abundantly.

Dr. Payne is the best derm I have ever had! She is a gem in the city as the only black dermatologist and its so nice having someone who has skin like me treating my skin problems! I have gotten lasers, VI Peels, and will be getting microneedling next. My mom and husband see her too. We love her beautiful practice and being her patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Payne was absolutely amazing, and her entire staff is incredible. I came in on fairly short notice, and I was seen early for my appointment. Dr. Payne is also not going to recommend unnecessary procedures or something that will make you look bad. Highly, highly recommended.

I was in need of an urgent dermatology appointment after an irritation on my face did not respond to over the counter treatment. Dr Payne squeezed me into her schedule the next day and gave me the care, prescriptions, and support I needed. Her bedside manner is OUTSTANDING!

The office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Easy to get to, right off St Charles. It’s nice to see someone who easily understands your concerns.
